It's called Probiotic Plus with Hip + Joint Support, created by a company referred to as Amazing Nutritionals. After I got good results on it, it's all I'll ever give to my doggie.
This product also has a combination of probiotics for dogs with joint supplements glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM. A neat combination, and I'm glad it has both.
